- Replaced with new Pozi drive screws and washers.
- Removed all old waterproofing.
- Waterproofed roof using Elastocryl and a membrane for reinforcement.
- Spray applied a fibre sealer to all roofs.
- Airless Roof Spray painted with 2 coats of Laminin Apex Charcoal.
- Cleaned debris from all gutters.
